Black Steer

2125 was a Full Blood Black Wagyu. He was fed free choice our “finish ration” wheat hay, mixed grass , sudan hay, free choice minerals and protein tub for 60 days before being harvested. We dont know much of 2125, other than we picked him for his size. He was big bodied, well rounded and kept his "distance type of temperament". Just over 1640 lbs at harvest and yielded 64%. Great steer! Great rich flavor!
